Artium Miami Gallery: En Dior Confiamos by Ernesto Javier Fernandez

Wednesday, October 18th from 6-9pm join us at Artium Gallery in the Wynwood Arts District for the Opening Reception of En Dior Confiamos, a solo exhibition by artist Ernesto Javier Fernandez, in which the artist examines life in today’s Cuba. In his series, “In Dior We Trust / En Dior Confiamos”, Ernesto Javier critiques the entertainment industry for its recent use of Cuba as an exotic locale for its films and fashion shows while the economic situation for ordinary Cubans remains so dire. Artium‐Miami Art Gallery is a space for dissemination of contemporary art with a program open to diversity and an interest in developing local collectors; with locations in Miami, Florida and Santiago, Chile.
