Laundromat Art Space presents Word Play

Saturday, April 8th from 6-10pm enjoy the Opening Reception of Word Play at Laundromat Art Space, a group exhibition of new works featuring art from Elysa D Batista, JC Rodriguez and Ronald Sanchez. In celebration of National Poetry Month, all three featured artists will be showcasing text-based art in the exhibition. In ‘Word Play’ the artists seek to find witty and engaging ways of taking the written word to a new level. Words and phrases will come to life in various mediums including sculptural artworks (in steel, paper, plexi and wood), painting, as well as video installations. The exhibition runs through April 29th.
