PAMM Free Second Saturdays: Everyday Objects, Extraordinary Art

Saturday, February 14th from 11am – 3pm enjoy PAMM Free Second Saturdays: Everyday Objects, Extraordinary Art at the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). Celebrate creativity and storytelling at PAMM Free Second Saturdays, inspired by Woody De Othello: coming forth by day. In honor of Black History Month, families are invited to explore how art can reflect identity, imagination, and the powerful connections between people and everyday objects. Admission is free all day. Art activities from 11am–3pm. RSVP HERE.
Kids and adults can dive into hands-on art activities that play with symbols, shapes, and familiar forms—transforming the ordinary into something unexpected. Throughout the day, enjoy lively performances by Delou Africa, Inc., featuring traditional African dance and drumming, alongside a family-friendly poetry activation presented by BIPOC Poetry Night, led by curator, writer, and community arts organizer Brianna Clara.
Whether you love to make, move, listen, or create together, this fun-filled day at PAMM is all about discovery, self-expression, and seeing the world through fresh eyes.
