Thursday, April 9th at 6:30pm enjoy In Conversation: Kinship & Care at the Bakehouse Art Complex (BAC) in Wynwood. Guests will experience an Artist Talk with Nicole Combeau, Shawna Moulton, & Martina Tuaty. BAC is closing out their Bakehouse at Forty talk series with In Conversation: Kinship and Care, a panel discussion that brings together resident artists Nicole Combeau, Shawna Moulton, and Martina Tuaty. Reflecting on the works featured in BAC’s current exhibition, Present, explore how otherwise distinct practices intersect around expressions of closeness. Moving through ideas of kinship and intergenerational connection, the program considers how the artists capture resonant moments of intimacy and care.
