Bakehouse Art Complex: May Open Studios

Tuesday, May 26th from 6 – 9pm the Bakehouse Art Complex (BAC) invites art lovers to celebrate the end of the spring season at Open Studios! Visit Bakehouse studios and facilities to learn more about the many artist practices in Miami’s art community, and join us for a few activations. This Event is FREE & Open to the Public, RSVP HERE.

This month, BAC is honoring Haitian Heritage Month with a special screening of Mystic Triangle by Christopher Mitchell in the Audrey Love Gallery. Rooted in years of fieldwork and interviews, the film documents Haitian culture and the lived experiences of his community.

Shared Printmaking Facilities (SPF) invites you to celebrate National Paper Airplane Day! Drop in to make Paper Airplanes, print your own phrases and experiment with bookbinding techniques to create a one-of-a-kind aircraft.

Close out the night with a karaoke session hosted by BAC’s very own Augusto Esquivel!
