Thursday, July 16th from 5 – 8pm get in the game with Pérez Art Museum Miami’s (PAMM) Summer Sweat Series! For this session, join a power(full) Vinyasa class led by Jessica Rose Fisher.Museum admission is free every Thursday after 5pm.

This practice targets the breath and body to empower your inner and outer focus on being grounded in motion. Feel the vibrations of a power vinyasa flow that is full of energy, freedom, and balanced with movement that will align your strength and mental being.

On Thursdays throughout July, pair different workouts with sweaty dance sessions featuring some of Miami’s hottest DJs. Before the workouts, check out the Get in the Game: Sports, Art, Culture exhibition for inspiration to work up a sweat. Don’t forget to stop by and work up a sweat for the rest of the Summer Sweat Series on July 23.
