Thursday, February 14th through Monday, February 17th experience the work of internationally collected visual artist and filmmaker Cheryl Maeder at the ninth edition of Art Wynwood this President’s Day Weekend with Mark Hachem Gallery Booth 304, exhibiting her Pixel Series: Beach, Flowers & Springs framed video installation. Since its inception in 2012, Art Wynwood has become the premier winter destination contemporary and modern art fair in South Florida, and offers the most diverse, affluent and culturally savvy international audience in the United States. The fair is produced by Art Miami.
Artist Statement:
The story of our lives are documented through our moving pictures, as we keep repeating the moments over & over again. These digital fragments of our lives are then placed on social media. Our social footprint immortalized. Is it our longing for others to know that we do in fact exist, or is it enough for us to know that we are a pixel in the Infinite web.
