Thursday, September 21st from 6 – 8pm the Doral Cultural Arts Center presents Hispanic Heritage Art After Dark Workshop where instructors from Social Crafting will take you through a series of steps to create your own custom wood sign.
Wood, stencils, brushes, sponges, paint, colors – this is the perfect workshop for channeling everyone’s inner artist. Participants will enjoy the opportunity to create their own, custom wood sign with memorable, soul-warming, inspirational and fun messages from popular Hispanic phrases or the flag of their own countries of origin.
Attendees can pick their design in advance from our library of stencils, and on the day of the workshop they will assemble the boards and customize their design.
The designs will be perfect for decorating offices, kitchens, living rooms, man-caves, play rooms, garages and everything in between.
All necessary materials will be provided onsite and will be based on availability.
Workshop is limited to ONLY 30 guests / first come basis.
