HAWFA Collective Celebrates Closing Reception for Continuum: Heritage & Expression at Coral Springs Museum of Art

Wednesday, May 27th from 5 – 7pm the Haitian Women Fine Art Collective (HAWFA) invites the public to the Closing Reception of Continuum: Heritage & Expression at the Coral Springs Museum of Art. Guests will enjoy an evening of art, culture, and conversation. Admission is free and open to the public.

The exhibition is presented in the Center for the Arts Lobby Hall Gallery in celebration of Haitian Heritage Month, this exhibition explores identity, memory, and transformation through painting, textile, and metalwork. Each work reflects a personal journey while contributing to a shared narrative of resilience, beauty, and cultural continuity, honoring the past while shaping contemporary Haitian artistic expression. The artwork will be on view through May 29th.
