Irreversible Projects present Garden Party: Susan McLaughlin

Friday, November 22nd at 6pm experience the Opening Reception of Garden Party, a solo exhibition featuring the enchanting work of artist Susan McLaughlin at MDC Gallery, Miami Dade College Hialeah Campus. The exhibition is curated by Noor Blazekovic and Alejandro Mendoza of Irreversible Projects. Guests will enjoy delicious treats and wine while the South Florida Youth Symphony’s string quintet serenades art-goers. This Event is Free & Open to the Public.

McLaughlin’s artistic thesis is harmony between humanity and nature. Twenty medium-to large-sized acrylic on linen canvases supporting her thesis will be on view during Garden Party. The exhibition will also feature the premiere of ‘Green Thumb’, a short film directed by Laura Decelles, which explores the artist’s garden design and painting, and how one influences the other.
