Thursday, September 17th from 5:30 – 8:30pm art lovers and collectors are invited to enjoy the Opening Reception of “A True Mixed Media Experience” at Wilton Art Works, a group showcase featuring the gallery’s Resident Artists. The exhibition is on view from September 13 – 26, 2026. This Event is Free & Open to the Public | RSVP HERE.
The 2026 resident artist roster reflects the gallery’s commitment to showcasing a diverse range of contemporary practices. Visitors will encounter the surreal, symmetrical artwork and resin-coated furniture created by artist and owner Joel Baxter; the photographic and collage-based works of Michael Craft; expressive acrylic and oil paintings by Dooney Potter; contemporary mixed-media works by Dennis Rhoden; the innovative upcycled pop art sourced and created from repurposed aluminum by Francisco Sheuat; striking ceramic sculptures blending technical craftsmanship with imagination, humor, and storytelling by Diane Martin Lublinski; and vibrant abstract and floral paintings by Juan Perez.
The gallery offers ample complimentary parking for visitors, making access convenient for collectors and guests. Wilton Art Works also features approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of exhibition wall space, allowing for a dynamic and immersive presentation of contemporary works. Artwork on view is thoughtfully selected and includes a range of price points designed to accommodate both emerging and established collectors.
The newly reimagined Wilton Art Works proudly presents the second installment of its Resident Artists Showcase, bringing together the gallery’s seven resident artists for another exciting celebration of creativity. Following the success of their inaugural group exhibition after the gallery’s grand reopening in March, the resident artists return with “A Resident Artists Showcase – A True Mixed-Media Experience.” This follow-up exhibition highlights the diversity of talent that has become the hallmark of Wilton Art Works, with fresh creations spanning painting, photography, ceramics, collage, mixed media, and pop art.
The exhibition and artist talk are free and open to the public. Guests are invited to mingle with fellow art lovers, connect with the artists, and experience the vibrant spirit that continues to make Wilton Art Works a growing destination for contemporary art in South Florida.
On Thursday, September 24th from 6 – 7pm, the resident artists will reunite for their first-ever group artist talk, moderated by JB Menz. The discussion will provide an engaging look into each artist’s inspiration, creative process, and the ideas behind their newest work.
