Mathematics\, science\, and machines are the original inspirations of the imaginary world of the artist. Being an avid reader of science fiction\, a tendency developed in him\, which has influenced the poetics and the themes of his work. The exhibition offers a platform to analyze his sculptures and his latest paintings\, which appears to be an important step to explain the reason for his juxtaposition of visual resources in a way that seems contradictory on the surface. The exhibition is on view from November 18th through March 2017.

An opening reception with the artists will take place showcasing The opening reception party features Papalote – a unique boutique mezcal created by Mexican American actor and famed Chicano art collector Cheech Marin. The Tres Papalote® label showcases an image of a glass sculpture skillfully crafted by artists Einar and Jamex de la Torre. The figurine on the bottle is inspired by the de la Torres’ colorful fun-loving work in Cheech’s own art collection.
