DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, October 17th through Sunday\, October 21st\, 2018 enjoy Art Nashville\, the latest annual destination for the international art world: Nashville\, Tennessee. Art Nashville is on course to being a vibrant\, multi-faceted\, and much needed art fair in the southern region of the United States. It is projected to draw at least 35\,000 attendees in its first year to experience exhibits from 60+ local and international art galleries. As such\, Art Nashville will be akin to the CMA Music Festival of the arts (the CMA drew over 100\,000+ in 2018). The Fair will be held at Vanderbilt University in an A-frame pavilion.

SUMMARY:Orange County 'Art in the Chambers' featuring Chitra Ramanathan
DESCRIPTION:Friday\, October 19th from 5:30 – 7:30pm experience the Opening Reception of Art in the Chambers & Sculpture on the Lawn 2018 when Orange County celebrates the installation of four new large-scale artworks for its fourth annual Sculpture on the Lawn as well as a new collection of two-dimensional works for Art in the Chambers at the Orange County Administration Center. Both exhibitions carry the Diversitastic! Orange County theme in celebration of the growing diversity in the Central Florida community.\nThe Art in the Chambers program rotates visual art exhibitions in the Commission Chambers three times a year. The featured artists are: Jayde Archbold (Dade City)\, Pablo Azar (Miami)\, Patrice Burkhardt (Sarasota)\, Pablo Cedeno (Miami)\, Reina Castellano (Orlando)\, Ericka Hagan (Tampa)\, Ed Holten (Apopka)\, Racheal Mills (Richmond\, KY)\, Chitra Ramanthan (Vero Beach) and Tony Rosa (Sebring). Both exhibitions were chosen by the Public Art Review Board of the Arts & Cultural Affairs Advisory Council; on view through February 15\, 2019.
