DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, February 22nd through Sunday\, February 23rd The Rotary Club of South Miami proudly presents its 36th annual South Miami Rotary Art Festival. The events hosts up to 25\,000 visitors and 150 exhibitors.\nSaturday\, February 22nd from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm / and Sunday\, February 23rd from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. On Saturday night there is live jazz onstage until 8:00 pm in the beer garden at 58th Avenue and Sunset. The festival is located in the heart of downtown South Miami\, adjacent to the Shops at Sunset Place. It is held on Sunset Drive (SW 72nd Street) between Red Road (SW 57th Avenue) and US 1.\nParking\nAmple public parking is available both on-street and in garages. Parking machines take both cash and credit cards.\nBicycle Valet\nThere is a free bicycle valet on SW 57th Court provided by Green Mobility. Please approach from SW 73rd Street.

DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, february 23rd from 6-10pm experience Reverie Art Show featuring Houston-based abstract artist Rebecca Bond taking place at Chapman and Kirby. This incredible show supports the Peace of Mind Foundation. Rebecca Bond has been creating art in some form since childhood. Pencil art was her original focus\, producing works on paper\, she eventually began venturing out and trying new mediums. Having dabbled in oil and watercolor\, Rebecca began using acrylics and fell in love. From her own words\, “I love the flexibility of acrylics. You can work fast and move on to the next project fairly quickly.” She gets her inspiration from nature\, her world travels and meditation. ‘Meditate and create’ is her mantra. Purchase Tickets here.\nReverie Art Show is a local art show supporting local artists and organizations. Their mission is to give the best experience for both the artists and attendees. It will be a fun night with a variety of art\, vendors\, dancers and music. One third of the profits go to the Peace of Mind Foundation.
