DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, November 5th from 2-9pm and Friday\, November 6th from 11am-6pm\, the Pérez Art Museum Miami opens for a two-day PAMM members-only preview. After months of planning\, the museum is reopening and excited to welcome you back. Refamiliarize yourself with the galleries and be the first to see the museum’s newest exhibition\, Allied with Power: African and African Diaspora Art from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection. The museum will open to the public on November 7\, 2020.\nTo follow social distancing guidelines and manage gallery capacity\, members and visitors must reserve timed tickets online ahead of your visit. PAMM has implemented new hours of operation and safety precautions. Face masks covering the mouth and nose are required for all visitors and staff. Read more on how you can prepare before your visit.\nReserve Tickets \nPAMM Members also receive free parking during the preview. A complimentary invitation is also extended with gratitude to all first responders and healthcare professionals for their hard work during this unprecedented time.

DESCRIPTION:Friday\, November 6th from 5-8pm enjoy Vizcaya First Friday featuring Bakehouse Artists. Visit Vizcaya after hours and explore different artistic disciplines! Come watch local artists at work from The Bakehouse Art Complex. They will be creating art throughout the estate. Bakehouse artists Beatriz Chachamovits\, Augusto Esquivel\, and Troy Simmons will be creating art throughout the estate. Visitors will be able to watch them work and ask questions about the process while maintaining social distancing.\nThere will be several intimate talks throughout the evening digging into Vizcaya’s original artworks and the artists who made them. Visitors can also enjoy music streamed from the East Terrace as you take in the waterfront views and explore the first floor of the Main House as the sun sets.\nWant to know more about Vizcaya’s art tradition? There will be several intimate talks throughout the evening digging into Vizcaya’s original artworks\, and the artists who made them\, offered on a first-come\, first-served basis. These intimate experiences will be available for 9 people or less at a time\, maintaining health and safety practices.\nRefreshments available for purchase from The Cuban Guys food truck.
