Explore hotels\, restaurants\, and other commercial structures with a visit to a number of interiors. DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, January 13th from 12noon – 1:30pm enjoy Creativity Exploration: Color Field & Paint Play at NSU Art Museum in Fort Lauderdale. Inspired by the current exhibition\, Glory of the World. Dive into methods of mark making and color interaction to create a work of art that incorporates color theory and reflective practice. \nCreativity Exploration adult workshops promote the benefits of material exploration and the mind-to-body experience. Studies have shown that 45 minutes of creative activity a day reduces stress and offers mental clarity and relaxation. In addition to producing a sense of well-being\, sessions expand participants’ perceptions of forms\, while increasing brain connectivity through visual and cognitive stimulation.
