DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, April 17th from 3-5pm Artists in Residence in Everglades (AIRIE)\, presents Cross Pollination\, a performance by Yukio Suzuki in partnership with PAXy at Royal Palm Visitor Center inside Everglades National Park. Experience an exploration of how music\, dance\, and movement facilitate communication and inspire cross-cultural acceptance and understanding.\nJapanese dancer and choreographer Yukio Suzuki and Slovakian-born\, Miami-based composer\, sound / multimedia artist\, performer\, researcher and educator Juraj Kojs\, collaborate to create\, produce and present this multi-layered piece of performance art.\nPerformance is free and open to the public\, RSVP HERE. Parking is available at the Royal Palm Visitors Center. The event takes place on the First Day of National Park Week coinciding with one of Everglades National Park Free Entrance Days.
