DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, June 5th from 7-10pm join us at the Pérez Art Museum Miami for the launch of Sustainable Supperclub\, a pop-up dinner club where guests have the opportunity to dine on a plant-based meal comprised of food items that would generally go to waste. The mission is to raise awareness about how much consumable food we waste that could feed the less fortunate.\nSustainable Supperclub launches with its first dinner at Verde at Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM)\, in collaboration with Top Chef contestant and James Beard Award semi-finalist\, Chef Janine Booth\, as well as Starr Catering and Hungry Harvest. The focus of the evening will be to educate a sophisticated crowd on the impact of food waste and how to be more mindful consumers.
