DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, August 11th from 12noon – 1:30pm enjoy a Creativity Exploration workshop at NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale. The workshop promotes the benefits of creative exploration and the mind-to-body experience. These interactive sessions for adults are designed to lessen stress\, improve mental clarity and relaxation\, and increase brain connectivity through visual and cognitive stimulation.\nDuring August’s Creativity Exploration workshop\, titled Growing in Gratitude\, participants will construct their own personal gratitude tree sculpture inspired by artist Yoko Ono’s interactive installation\, Wish Tree during a one-hour interactive session in an intimate setting\, led by art educator and specialist in mindfulness education\, Lark Keeler\, who is the current president of the Florida Arts Education Association.\nThis event is $10 for museum members; $15 non-members.
