SUMMARY:Lowe Art Museum: Art of Mindfulness and Mindful Looking Sessions
DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, January 29th from 12:30 – 1:15pm guests will enjoy free mindfulness sessions at the University of Miami Lowe Art Museum. The Art of Mindfulness – Recharge\, refocus and reclaim the day with a short introduction to mindfulness followed by a guided mindful sitting. Sessions are led by Alice Lash\, founder of Mindfultime\, and UM Professor Scott Rogers\, founder of UM’s Mindfulness in Law Program. First and third Tuesday of the month.\nMindful Looking – Slow down\, be present\, and spend time with one work of art in the Lowe’s galleries\, and enjoy a guided mindful looking exercise led by the Lowe Art Museum Education staff. Second and last Tuesday of the month.
