DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, November 14th from 12noon – 1:30pm enjoy one of NSU Art Museum’s most popular education programs\, Creativity Exploration promotes the development of creativity and self-expression through art-making and the practice of mindfulness. Join educator and mindfulness instructor Lark Keeler for a Zoom class inspired by the traditions of collage and the art of Fred Tomaselli and others. Participants will use cut and combined images to create a work of art inspired by flow\, serendipity\, and color. No prior experience is necessary.\nAdvance reservations required\, space is limited. For this tour\, enjoy SITE PLAN explores the Miami Design District’s Architecture\, considering the history and ideas important to architecture and how art is integrated within each site\, as we stroll through the neighborhood. Sites include Buckminster Fuller Fly’s Eye Dome\, Leong Leong’s Garage\, Paseo Ponti\, and more. Meet in front of the Fly’s Eye Dome on the first floor of Palm Court (enter at 140 NE 39th Street).
