This 1.5 to 2-hour walking tour provides an introduction to the Art Deco\, Mediterranean Revival\, and Miami Modern (MiMo) styles found within the Miami Beach Architectural Historic District. Explore hotels\, restaurants\, and other commercial structures with a visit to a number of interiors. The exhibition concept emerged from a growing recognition of artists in the region presenting work that depicted or functioned as an homage to those closest to them: fellow artists\, romantic partners\, chosen family\, kin\, ancestral lineage\, and loved ones who have passed. \nA series of gallery talks with the artists Cheryl Pope\, Piero Penizzotto\, Zoe Schweiger and Leo Castañeda will take place from 3 – 5 pm.
