Create your own bowl that can be used in a personal practice\, a small group setting\, or a creative community ritual. Inspired by the work of Onajide Shabaka\, design your bowl with intention and purpose\, using surface decoration and decoupage techniques. \nCreativity Exploration adult workshops promote the benefits of material exploration and the mind-to-body experience. Studies have shown that 45 minutes of creative activity a day reduces stress and offers mental clarity and relaxation.
