DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, January 10th from 9:30 – 10:30am NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale offers a sensory-friendly program FREE for children on the Autism Spectrum ages 6-17 and their families. RSVP HERE. \nExperience NSU Art Museum on January 10th\, 2026\, from 9:30-10:30 am\, before regular museum hours\, for a sensory-friendly environment and exclusive museum access. Enjoy making art and wandering through the museum with low lighting\, reduced noise\, and plenty of hands-on art items. Sensory-friendly materials will be available for all visiting children on the spectrum\, including: noise-cancelling headphones\, weighted lap pads\, soft seating\, sensory-friendly art materials\, and a special gift for each child. \nRegistration opens one month prior to each date. Admission to Sensory Saturday is FREE with a required RSVP. Space is limited.
