SUMMARY:NSU Art Museum Creativity Exploration: Balance and Breath
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, September 9th from 12noon – 1:30pm experience Creativity Exploration: Balance and Breath at NSU Art Museum in Fort Lauderdale. Inspired by the art of Yuko Nishikawa\, create a mobile considering balance\, and movement\, while focusing on breath and relaxation. This class will sell out. Advanced reservations are required\, space is limited. No refunds or exchanges / RSVP HERE. \nCreativity Exploration adult workshops promote the benefits of creative exploration and the mind-to-body experience. Studies have shown that 45 minutes of creative activity a day reduces stress and offers mental clarity and relaxation. In addition to producing a sense of well-being\, sessions expand participants’ perceptions of forms\, while increasing brain connectivity through visual and cognitive stimulation. The workshop is led by educator and award-winning instructor Lark Keeler\, a specialist in mindfulness education. \nCreativity Exploration is sponsored by the Charles P.
