SUMMARY:ArtKids at Art Basel Miami Beach
DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, December 1st through Sunday\, December 4th from 11am-6pm Miami Children’s Museum will present ArtKids at Art Basel Miami Beach for the 14th consecutive year. From mixed media to building blocks and beyond\, a variety of art exploration stations will be available for budding young artists to create their own original works of art. MCM educators will be on hand to help them create a Calder-inspired collaborative mobile\, Gaudi-inspired architectural mosaics\, and Mondrian-inspired paintings! ArtKids at Art Basel Miami Beach is open daily for children ages 4 to 12 to participate in the art projects; children younger than 4 may also visit with a caretaker. Art Basel admission fees apply. \nArt Basel brings art to all ages. Future art aficionados aged 4 to 12 are invited to visit the fair’s free kindergarten and playroom while their parents tour the show. A team of professionals from the Miami Children’s Museum bring your child’s creative side to life through arts and craft activities\, art history and storytelling.\nArt Kids is open during show hours\, located in Hall D\, second floor\, room D231.
